Thank you so much for your order! We strive to make our customers happy, but we know that sometimes purchases just do not work out. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Orders are typically processed the same day or within 24 hours. Usually, if the order is placed by 1 pm Monday through Friday, it will be shipped the same day. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.
All orders placed with a discount code are final sale. Orders can not be combined, exchanged, edited, returned, or cancelled after they are placed. Only one code can be used per transaction. Exclusions may apply. No price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside of the promotion window. Discount codes can not be applied after the order is placed. If your purchase does not work out, we are happy to accept returns for store credit postmarked within 12 days of the delivery date if online and 10 days of purchase date if in store. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns at this time.
Shipping is non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. We do not offer free returns or exchanges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging an item, you will have to pay the shipping for us to ship the new item back to you. When we receive the item in the mail, you will be notified so that you can pay the shipping cost.
We do not offer price adjustments if an item recently went on sale or price matching.
Store credit does not apply to shipping cost. Shipping cost is the customers responsibility.
Jonesies reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Jonesies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We suggest you send items back to USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number.

Once we receive your package it will be processed within 7-10 business days for a store credit if your return meets all the requirements listed above.
There are a few methods we offer for shipping out your order.
First Class Mail is $8.95 and is shipped without insurance.
Priority Mail is $9.95 and is shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance, meaning if your package is lost, it is insured up to $100.
There is also an option to ship UPS for $15 for a quicker and more reliable.
We also offer a RUSH processing, which puts your order out ASAP!
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to orders with larger items such as car seats, trikes, forts, and any other large/heavy items.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing and shipping, including store pickups. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped, or it is ready for pickup.
If your package has been lost or is not delivered within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact the carrier and file a claim. Jonesies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
